The Tower of Blue by Tschumi

Building by star architect Bernard Tschumi, near Delancey St. According to a blog post on Dezeen it’s supposed to be “a highly specific architectural statement that responds to the eclecticism of the historic Lower East Side”. Somehow, I doubt it succeeds in that goal.
